Lead Fullstack Engineer

Location: Remote or hybrid; applicants must already have relocated from Russia or Belarus

Product engineering environment with international teams and close collaboration across Product, Design, QA, and Engineering.

What you will do

• Lead a small engineering team of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists.
• Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Drive architecture decisions, technical standards, and production development.
• Write production-ready code and use AI tools to improve development quality and velocity.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and improve team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA while improving engineering practices and system reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, asynchronous patterns, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading engineers, driving technical decisions, and staying hands-on with production code.
• English at B2/C1 level and prior relocation from Russia or Belarus.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or Angular.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or GitOps.
• Experience with Web3 or blockchain products.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs and AI capabilities into products.
