Technical Security Systems Manager (Physical Security)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the Osterley office; London area. Travel to other hirify.global sites is required when needed.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, management, support and innovation of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder detection, intercoms and integrated platforms.
• Keep security systems and associated applications operational, supported and available across the business estate.
• Manage access control and CCTV platform changes for business and operational requirements.
• Maintain system data, documentation, procedures and configuration records in line with audit and compliance standards.
• Manage patching, vulnerabilities, certifications and system lifecycle activities.
• Generate reports, support audits and provide technical guidance on security risk and performance.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent technical experience in electronic security systems, technology platforms or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder detection, intercoms, integrated security platforms and physical security infrastructure.
• Enterprise-level experience supporting Lenel and Genetec applications, including configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT security, networking, server diagnostics, system hardening, patching and vulnerability management.
• Ability to analyse complex technical issues, identify risks and recommend practical mitigation options.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with change management, document control, audits, reporting and operational records.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills when working with internal teams, suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Experience planning and prioritising work within a small technical team.
