Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Schedule and monitor security patching and software upgrades across branch systems.
• Review security scan results and support vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor software versions, supported lifecycles, and system security, stability, and availability.
• Implement and continuously improve security controls across Linux servers, Android devices, point-of-sale systems, and other branch technologies.
• Maintain asset inventories and technical documentation while supporting security and technology projects.
• Collaborate with technology, operational, and supplier teams and follow change management and governance processes.

Requirements

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Linux-based systems.
• Experience working with Android devices, mobile technologies, or endpoint management tools.
• Understanding of vulnerability management, endpoint security, access controls, and other core security concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
• Interest in cyber security and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, wholesale, or operational technology environments.
• Exposure to POS systems, handheld devices, RF devices, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of mobile device management solutions.
• Awareness of security compliance and governance processes.
