What you will do
- Support customer marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and engagement campaigns.
- Prepare and coordinate marketing communications across email, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging channels.
- Assist with event logistics, materials, venue coordination, RSVP tracking, and on-ground setup.
- Compile campaign and event performance data and complete basic accuracy checks.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with Sales, Creative, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Finance, and external vendors.
- Prepare invoices, expense records, payment documentation, presentations, and internal updates.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting multiple tasks and timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
