APAC Fulfillment Associate (Demand Generation)

Location: Penang office in George Town, Malaysia; in-person work is required three days a week or more, with flexibility to work from home or remotely on other days

What you will do

• Manage the operational aspects of demand generation campaigns from start to finish.
• Collect, assess, and communicate complex campaign requirements.
• Track campaign progress, pacing, health, and forecasted revenue.
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables and ensure customer program goals are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign and customer-facing issues.
• Prepare status and performance reports for Sales, Customer Success, and Client Delivery leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; marketing, management, or business concentration is a plus but not required.
• 0–2 years of experience; campaign management experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand the needs of B2B advertisers, IT professionals, and the IT industry.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
