What you will do

Perform standard assembly, repairs, and preventative maintenance on hirify.global systems.
Apply basic troubleshooting skills such as power cycles and resets.
Manage materials, tools, and parts, including validation and staging for scheduled activities.
Document technical reports, work orders, and pass-downs to ensure high-quality problem resolution.
Provide verbal progress updates to customers while acting as a company ambassador.
Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Must be based in Taichung, Taiwan.
Secondary vocational education or associate degree.
Limited relevant experience in technical support or maintenance.
Ability to follow documented procedures and work under limited supervision.
