What you will do
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for Data & AI initiatives.
- Define functional specifications, user stories, process flows, data requirements, and business rules.
- Partner with customers to identify and prioritize data, analytics, AI, and GenAI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and delivery teams.
- Support user acceptance testing, data validation, solution adoption, proposals, and solution scoping.
- Help shape ’s Data & AI offerings in the Vietnam market.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst on data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of modern data and analytics platforms, cloud technologies, and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience with banking or financial services organizations and their regulatory and operational landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English are required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
