Location: Pensacola, United States; the role requires driving to assigned locations and working in outdoor conditions.

What you will do

• Support sales activities and customer interactions.
• Use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Apply written and oral instructions in daily sales work.
• Drive during daytime or nighttime and work across uneven terrain, stairs, and outdoor areas.
• Stand, walk, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or two years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including standing and walking for up to a full eight-hour day.
• Ability to work around outside weather conditions and moderate noise.

Nice to have

• CRM software experience.
• Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicable state licensing, where required.
