What you will do

• Lead process and equipment design for strategic capital projects in drug product manufacturing and packaging.
• Drive design decisions, equipment specifications, design accuracy, and risk management.
• Plan and conduct high-impact engineering projects while managing cost, scope, schedule, and financial targets.
• Develop project execution and procurement strategies aligned with business, customer, and cGMP needs.
• Prepare facility, equipment, and utilities documentation and present information during regulatory agency audits.
• Oversee internal and external design work, evaluate complex interdisciplinary problems, and contribute to engineering team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• Typically 6+ years of significant engineering or operations experience.
• Demonstrated competency in an engineering discipline and strong knowledge of technical concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Experience analyzing complex problems, assessing risks, and making decisions across competing factors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Competence with financial systems and fiscal control.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate education or degree.
• Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or similar industries.
