About the Role

You will lead applied research for fraud detection models across graphs, sequential events, images, and video. You will prototype modeling approaches, design rigorous evaluations, translate research into production-ready solutions, and communicate research findings.

Requirements

• PhD in a related quantitative field or equivalent research experience.
• 2–4+ years of relevant industry or research lab experience.
• Research leadership and a record of translating research into measurable impact.
• Scientific rigor and strong written and verbal communication.
• Python proficiency.
• Experience building research prototypes that can inform or transition to production systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype graph, sequential, and multimodal machine learning approaches.
• Execute a research roadmap from prototypes to production solutions.
• Publish and share applied research.
• Use financial network data to develop fraud detection solutions.
