Location: Onsite in Biñan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines; shifting work schedule required.

What you will do
- Perform KIV checks on critical tool parameters, including clamping speed and picker teaching.
- Qualify equipment after setup, model, configuration, and tool conversion changes.
- Support process engineers with yield improvement initiatives, experimental builds, and engineering trials.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues for internal and external customers.
- Attend production stoppage activities, coordinate repairs and qualification, and participate in line OCAP activities.
- Build test pieces for line maintenance to support stable and reliable manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Computer Technology, Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of equipment setup, qualification, tool conversion, and process verification.
- Understanding of equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and quality issue resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work onsite in Biñan City and on a shifting schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting process engineers with yield improvement initiatives and engineering trials.
- Industry exposure in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
