Head of Product and Tech (Fashion E-commerce)

What you will do

• Define and own a multi-year direction for a strategically important customer or business mission.
• Translate company strategy into measurable outcomes, priorities, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional work from problem definition and discovery through technical development, experimentation, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Shape product, technology, and data capabilities with senior experts, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and alignment with Lounge Tech strategy.
• Build and coach a high-performing team across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Applied Science.
• Contribute to the Lounge Tech Leadership Team, reusable capabilities, group alignment, and the use of AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex technology organisations or multidisciplinary teams in consumer-facing or digitally enabled businesses.
• Background in Product Management, Engineering, Applied Science, Machine Learning, Data, or a related technology discipline.
• Proven ability to lead beyond an original functional specialty and deliver meaningful customer, business, or operational outcomes.
• Strong judgment in balancing customer, business, product, technology, and data considerations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, collaborative leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of digital product value, experimentation, iterative development, system architecture, data quality, and technical sustainability.
