Engineering Manager (Security GRC): Leading GRC and assurance across Vinted Marketplace, Vinted Go, and Vinted Payments with an accent on ISO 27001 certification, regulatory compliance, and automated security controls. Focus on mapping GDPR, CCPA, DORA, NIS2, and EU AI Act obligations, turning governance into code, and developing a growing team of security specialists.
Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; two office days per week are recommended
Salary: €6,658–€9,792 gross per month

What you will do
- Lead GRC and assurance for a Group Security team of seven people, with plans to grow the team through early 2027.
- Own the scope, audits, and delivery of ISO 27001 certification by 2027.
- Build a unified compliance and control map across Marketplace, Go, and Payments.
- Align security governance with GDPR, CCPA, payment licensing requirements, DORA, NIS2, and the EU AI Act.
- Turn security controls into code, automate evidence collection, and use the Group Security posture platform.
- Develop specialists on Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor tracks and hire three additional team members.
Requirements
- Experience leading a security governance or compliance function through ISO 27001 certification or a comparable regulatory examination.
- Ability to design automatable controls and collect evidence without relying on spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple regulatory regimes and distinguish actual obligations from assumptions.
- Experience developing specialists through hands-on leadership.
- Willingness to identify and communicate non-compliance, including in difficult situations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
