What you will do

• Collaborate with business leadership to meet financial and technical goals
• Lead and develop the engineering team, including hiring and mentoring
• Define and implement IT strategy and technical direction
• Ensure project delivery aligns with global infrastructure standards
• Manage technical risks and provide architectural guidance
• Identify technical business opportunities and support new customer onboarding

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Šiauliai, Lithuania
• Proven experience managing technical teams and driving change
• Strong knowledge of PHP or other OOP languages like .NET or Java
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and Lithuanian communication
• Experience with complex and scalable system architectures
