CQV Manager (Pharma): Delivering commissioning, qualification, and validation services across pharmaceutical and chemical API projects in Switzerland with an accent on GMP compliance, CQV strategy, and full project lifecycle execution. Focus on defining system boundaries, executing FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, integrating engineering and operations teams, and ensuring inspection readiness.

What you will do

  • Lead commissioning, qualification, and validation activities across design, construction, CQV, and start-up.
  • Develop CQV strategies, plans, system boundaries, risk assessments, and regulatory-aligned execution approaches.
  • Develop and execute FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
  • Coordinate engineering, automation, operations, manufacturing, quality, and vendor interfaces.
  • Drive start-up readiness, performance verification, GMP compliance, ALCOA+ data integrity, and inspection readiness.

Requirements

  • Degree in pharmaceutical science, electrical, mechanical, or process engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of commissioning and qualification experience across multiple projects in biopharma, chemical APIs, or aseptic processing.
  • Project execution or construction experience in Switzerland.
  • Expert knowledge of GMP compliance and Swiss regulations.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Strong organization, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to deliver to deadlines, budgets, client standards, and health and safety procedures.
