Senior Commerce Specialist (Amazon)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands or Munich, Germany; candidates must be based in the Netherlands or Germany and have valid work rights. No visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

• Execute and optimize complex Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads campaigns using automation platforms such as Pacvue.
• Translate commerce strategies into campaign structures, feed rules, bidding models, and measurable business outcomes.
• Diagnose and resolve listing suppressions, API feed errors, profitability declines, and other critical operational issues.
• Manage purchase orders and chargeback disputes, and optimize A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Configure and optimize campaigns across regional marketplaces including Zalando, Bol.com, and Takealot.
• Build operational playbooks, establish best practices, and provide hands-on mentoring to Medior and Junior specialists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in digital commerce and retail media operations.
• Practitioner-level expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and Amazon DSP.
• Advanced proficiency in campaign automation, bid management platforms, and data feed management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use raw platform data for immediate campaign optimization.
• Ability to work as a senior individual contributor with minimal operational oversight.
• Valid rights to work in the Netherlands or Germany; visa sponsorship is not provided.
