Assurance Manager (Medtech)

Location: Remote, with a presence in London. The role requires working with NHS organisations, implying a need for UK work authorization.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer assurance process, from initial inquiries to resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for NHS customers regarding security questionnaires and DPIA support.
• Develop and maintain a self-serve knowledge base and standard documentation for assurance workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate assurance requirements into the product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer and Clinical Safety Officer to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
• Manage incident communication and ensure lessons learned are integrated into internal processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in regulatory or compliance roles within regulated sectors like healthcare, insurance, or finance.
• Ability to translate complex technical data flows and AI governance into clear, actionable processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company credibly in customer-facing scenarios.
• Pragmatic judgment to build processes that are proportionate to business and regulatory needs.
• Must have the right to work in the UK to support NHS-related assurance functions.
