Customer Engineer-EPI

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite work with customer and clean-room requirements

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment with guidance from Senior Field Service Engineers.
• Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Communicate directly with customers and coordinate service activities.
• Work onsite in clean-room environments while following safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer or field service support or a related technical field; 2–4 years is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and diagnose basic technical problems.
• Basic mechanical aptitude in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools, digital multimeters, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport if required for travel, and ability to meet onsite safety, environmental, and health protocols.
