Senior Visual Merchandiser

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong; frequent travel and onsite visits required

What you will do

• Plan, adapt, and implement visual merchandising guidelines for travel retail doors across regional markets.
• Coordinate window presentations, in-store displays, rollouts, store visits, photo reviews, and weekly field recaps.
• Act as a liaison between stores, travel retail partners, corporate teams, and external business partners.
• Coordinate purchase orders, budgets, invoices, shipping, props, fixtures, mannequins, furniture, and production materials.
• Train visual merchandising talent, store associates, visual leads, and new hires on brand standards.
• Support new store openings, events, special projects, and retail maintenance when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of visual merchandising, installation, and store operations experience with a luxury goods retailer.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Strong organization, management, presentation, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to manage installations outside standard retail hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel frequently and conduct regular onsite store visits.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience developing visual merchandising training tools and workshops.
