Sr Maintenance Technician (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations, maintenance teams, and site projects.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, daily equipment checks, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Identify root causes of system failures and provide subject-matter expertise for deviation investigations.
• Manage work orders and time entries in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians and manufacturing operators on routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and contribute to equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably biotech, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with GMP and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, electronics, PLCs, single-phase and three-phase 480V electrical systems, and industrial process equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical documentation, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain accurate documentation.
