2027 Spring Co-op Opportunities (Biopharma)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; onsite for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The six-month co-op starts in January 2027, and candidates must be able to relocate to the office location.

Salary: $27–$60 per hour, depending on experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Conduct in-vitro biology, immunology, neuroscience, bioanalytical, and characterization research supporting drug and vaccine development.
• Design molecules, optimize synthetic routes, and develop scalable drug-substance manufacturing processes.
• Analyze genomic and scientific data through bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, and machine learning approaches.
• Develop intelligent systems and laboratory automation solutions to accelerate research and high-throughput analysis.
• Contribute to drug product development, material sciences, market access, public affairs, and patient advocacy initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled throughout the co-op in an accredited college or university in a relevant bachelor's, master's, or PhD program.
• Eligible fields include chemistry, biology, biomedical sciences, engineering, computer science, bioinformatics, data science, pharmacy, neuroscience, immunology, public health, policy, marketing, and related disciplines.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to relocate to Cambridge and work onsite 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for the full co-op duration.
