Supply Chain Manager

What you will do

• Manage supply chain activities for North American General Medicines external manufacturing operations.
• Ensure continuous product supply from subcontractors, optimize inventory, establish production plans, issue supplier orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve production, prioritization, and scheduling issues across contract manufacturing operations.
• Manage CMO relationships, costs, quality business reviews, inventory reconciliations, contracts, and financial performance.
• Plan supply chain activities for CMOs, hirify.global industrial sites, and country affiliates across North America and the rest of the world.
• Lead external manufacturing projects, product launches, KPI reporting, supplier negotiations, budgets, and expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain manufacturing or packaging across dosage forms such as sterile products, medical devices, biotechnology, or technical project management.
• Experience in supply chain planning and operations, including end-to-end processes, Master Data Management, Material Planning, and Supply Planning.
• Proficiency with SAP and Kinaxis.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and motivational skills.
