Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts or Morristown, New Jersey; hybrid with three days per week in the office and 20% travel expected

What you will do
- Lead value assessments for Alzheimer's Disease and other neurodegenerative assets and external opportunities.
- Recommend pricing and access assumptions across key markets to support forecasts, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Develop payer value propositions, early market access plans, competitive positioning, and scenario analyses.
- Contribute to clinical development and integrated evidence generation plans addressing payer needs and access risks.
- Shape the Alzheimer's Disease ecosystem and collaborate with global and local market access teams, public affairs, medical, commercial, and development stakeholders.
- Provide payer insights through market research, advisory boards, early scientific advice, and governance forums.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience with a strong track record in pricing and market access.
- Experience in neurology, neuroscience, or similarly complex therapeutic areas.
- Deep knowledge of the US market and healthcare system, with experience across different payer archetypes.
- Strategic leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills, including the ability to translate clinical information into payer strategies.
- Fluent English required; hybrid attendance in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ is required three days per week.
