What you will do

• Lead rare disease market access strategies aligned with global objectives and country needs.
• Develop pricing, reimbursement, and patient access approaches across European markets.
• Monitor European healthcare policies, payer trends, and reimbursement frameworks.
• Adapt global access tools and value propositions for regional stakeholders.
• Manage health technology assessment dossiers, pricing negotiations, and reimbursement submissions.
• Partner with medical affairs, access teams, payers, policymakers, advocacy groups, and public affairs teams.

Requirements

• 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 8 years in market access.
• Experience with European rare disease pricing, reimbursement, launches, and approvals.
• Expertise in payer systems, economic models, and health technology assessment submissions.
• Knowledge of NICE, ZIN, TLV, QALY frameworks, and free-pricing markets.
• English fluency and strong communication, data synthesis, matrix leadership, agility, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, or business preferred.
