Focus on adapting economic models and value propositions, supporting payer negotiations, and aligning evidence generation with European reimbursement requirements.

Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany; hybrid work mode. Multiple locations may be considered for the role, supporting the European region.

Salary: $125,250–$208,750 annually.

What you will do

  • Lead European market access strategies aligned with global objectives and country needs.
  • Monitor payer trends, healthcare policies, and reimbursement frameworks across Europe.
  • Represent Europe in global access strategy discussions and shape regional approaches.
  • Adapt access tools, payer value propositions, and objection handlers for regional use.
  • Support Health Technology Assessment dossiers, mock negotiations, payer engagements, and evidence generation.
  • Build relationships with payers, policymakers, patient advocacy groups, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Ten years of pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
  • Regional market access launch experience across competitive therapeutic areas.
  • Proven success in European pricing, reimbursement, Health Technology Assessment, and negotiations.
  • Experience developing and adapting economic models for regional and national submissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement challenges.
  • Fluent English required; strong communication, data synthesis, matrix working, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, or business.
  • Another European language.
  • Neurology experience.
