Supply Chain 2027 Co-op/Intern

Location: On-site positions in Athens, Georgia; Raritan, New Jersey; Spring House, Pennsylvania; or Titusville, New Jersey, United States. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is required. Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Gain practical experience across Johnson & Johnson's enterprise-wide supply chain network.
• Support projects in areas such as site quality, controlled substances, procurement, engineering, project management, and global technical operations.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives while delivering results and maintaining organization.
• Apply technical, business, statistical, and project management skills in a healthcare environment.
• Build professional capabilities through collaboration and networking with industry professionals.

Requirements

• Be enrolled at an accredited university and have completed the freshman year before the start date.
• Expected graduation must be no earlier than the contract end date or August 2027.
• Preferred fields include engineering, supply chain, computer science, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and familiarity with basic statistics concepts and terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google software, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship.
