Supply Chain Excellence Co-Op

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States of America, or West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States of America. The role includes participation in events at the New Brunswick, NJ campus or another Johnson & Johnson facility.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Excellence projects, methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Lead scoped projects using structured analysis, problem-solving, and project management principles.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Support process standardization, documentation, best-practice adoption, user training, and digital tool integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on supply chain initiatives, including OT Cyber Security, System Design & Sustainment, and Portfolio Management.
• Plan and lead a Supply Chain Excellence engagement event at a Johnson & Johnson facility.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree throughout the Co-Op assignment.
• Preferred disciplines include Business General, Supply Chain, Communication and Marketing, or Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 required; GPA of 3.0 or higher strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with analytical ability and effective teamwork.
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and familiarity with digital technologies.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
