Principal Supply Planning and Reporting Analyst (Advanced Therapies)

Location: Troy, New York, United States. Onsite role with working hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: $78,700–$150,600 annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply planning for assigned clinical and commercial programs across siRNA, AAV-based gene therapies, LNP platforms, and CRISPR-based medicines.
• Execute master production scheduling, material requirements planning, demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs and sites.
• Build inventory reports that account for complex manufacturing requirements, shelf-life constraints, and cold-chain considerations.
• Design statistical models, simulations, algorithms, dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced Excel tools for forecasting and operational performance analysis.
• Support SIOP processes by consolidating data and coordinating information flow across demand, supply, and integration functions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and Commercial teams to maintain compliant planning aligned with GMP and audit-readiness standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a science discipline.
• Principal Analyst candidates should have 8+ years of supply chain experience; Senior Analyst level requires 5+ years.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, demand management, and inventory management principles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced therapy manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with supply chain and regulatory considerations for siRNA, AAV, LNP, or CRISPR modalities is preferred.
• Level is determined by qualifications; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, supply chain, or life sciences.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge.
