SEO Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Own SEO strategy and organic growth roadmaps for selected hirify.global Beauty ecommerce brands.
• Drive improvements in organic traffic, revenue, visibility, and conversion.
• Lead technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, internal linking, faceted navigation, schema, and site architecture.
• Optimize product listing pages, product detail pages, content hubs, and international sites.
• Develop search-led content, category, landing-page, and long-tail growth strategies.
• Report on performance, manage organic forecasts, monitor algorithm updates, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of SEO experience with significant ecommerce exposure.
• Proven experience driving organic revenue growth for ecommerce websites.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including crawl optimization, JavaScript SEO, log analysis, and site migrations.
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics or GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl or equivalent, and Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Sistrix.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into commercial action.
• Hands-on execution experience combined with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
