Junior Data Analyst (Crypto)

Location: Remote in the Europe timezone, with listed locations in Krakow, Warsaw, Lisbon, Estonia, Brussels, Athens, Bucharest, and Tallinn

What you will do

• Conduct exploratory analysis to answer defined business questions and present clear, actionable findings.
• Build, monitor, and maintain dashboards used by product and operations teams.
• Work with product managers and operational leads to translate business needs into data analysis.
• Support senior analysts with experiment analysis and deep-dive investigations.
• Improve data documentation, queries, standards, and the accuracy and reliability of delivered work.

Requirements

• Graduate or junior Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Econometrics, or a similar discipline.
• Foundation in statistics, data processing or programming for analysis, data visualization, SQL, and hands-on data analysis.
• Experience with a capstone project or real company data project.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain data to non-technical colleagues.
• Interest in decentralization, Web3, blockchain, or crypto.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of experimental statistics and related processes.
• Experience with BI tools, ideally Metabase.
• Experience with data transformation, ideally dbt.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
