Data Analyst / Decision Scientist (Trust & Safety)

Location: Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work with two recommended office days per week. A limited-time relocation package to Lithuania includes a €30,000 gross bonus and two months of temporary housing.

Salary: €4,608–€6,233 gross per month.

What you will do

• Partner with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and decision scientists to identify opportunities and guide data-driven decisions.
• Lead product experimentation from hypothesis development through analysis and impact evaluation.
• Analyse moderation, reporting, policy enforcement, and sanctioning flows to improve Trust & Safety outcomes.
• Define and monitor KPIs, identify issues early, and investigate root causes.
• Build dashboards and self-service data solutions for product teams.
• Contribute to stronger analytics, experimentation, and data-driven practices across the domain.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, decision science, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance rigor with business relevance.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods, including designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or a related area.
