Lead Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work available.

Salary: EUR 3,600–5,500 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Lead the technical design of a Salesforce solution across multiple business domains.
• Define scalable architecture for core objects, custom data models, automation, integrations, and security.
• Oversee workflows for catalog and rights management, customer and organization management, contracting, booking, fulfillment, royalties, billing, and legal compliance.
• Review and approve technical solutions proposed by other developers.
• Establish development standards, code review practices, deployment approaches, and quality controls.
• Coordinate cross-cloud and cross-system dependencies, support solution refinement, and ensure maintainability, performance, and extensibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, APIs, security models, and deployment practices.
• Understanding of solution architecture and multi-team delivery.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into sustainable technical designs.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
