Service Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Worldwide; travel is required for client meetings and business development.

Salary: EUR 3,350–5,275 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Lead the pre-sale of cybersecurity services.
• Manage the delivery of security services across international software projects.
• Scope engagements, prepare statements of work, and contribute to proposals for penetration testing, GRC, and SOC services.
• Develop the cybersecurity service practice and improve delivery processes.
• Collaborate with clients and support business development through client meetings and travel.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of delivery management experience.
• Experience with pre-sales activities for security services, including scoping, statements of work, and proposal preparation.
• Familiarity with penetration testing, phishing simulations, GRC audits, and SOC operations.
• Previous experience in outsourcing or managed service provider business models.
• Technical background in security or a related field.
• Advanced English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing service delivery for cybersecurity or MSSP practices.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and ISO 27001.
• Additional technical security experience.
