Machine Learning Scientist - Mid-Level (AI)

What you will do

• Apply machine learning models to core marketing problems, including advertising, customer modeling, recommendations, attribution, revenue optimization, and lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities to use data science and machine learning across paid, organic, search, demand creation, affiliate, and CRM channels.
• Automate ETL pipelines and discover new ways to analyze and interpret data.
• Prototype, evaluate, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production.
• Design A/B tests, analyze results, and communicate experimental findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, software engineers, and product managers while taking ownership of projects.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; alternatively, a master’s degree with 2+ years of practical experience.
• Strong background in machine learning and statistics, with knowledge of A/B test design and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical and statistical programming, including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Ability to interpret and write complex SQL queries.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hive and Spark.
• Experience leading the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
