Data Intern (Data Quality and Reporting)

What you will do

• Verify operational and reporting data for errors, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Reconcile figures across multiple sources and document mismatches.
• Perform defined verification checks on weekly and monthly schedules.
• Record issues with enough detail for the data team to trace and resolve them.
• Track recurring error patterns and identify problems that should be fixed at the source.
• Maintain verification procedures and prepare concise result summaries.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent approach to data verification.
• Advanced written and spoken English required.
• Availability for at least six months required.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or a similar tool.
• Experience collecting, cleaning, or checking a real dataset through coursework or personal projects.
• Quality control, auditing, or reconciliation experience.
• Interest in healthcare, oncology, or life sciences.
