What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate artists and game design mathematicians.
- Set and evolve the creative, art, and game math direction for the Digital Games Studio portfolio.
- Lead ideation and development of game concepts, themes, layouts, features, and game types from concept through launch.
- Establish creative identity and quality standards across graphics, gameplay, player experience, and mathematics.
- Use market research, player insights, and performance data to guide game design and portfolio decisions.
- Collaborate with product, project, art, math, and development stakeholders, including the Remote Gaming Server development team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lottery or casino game design or art.
- 5+ years of experience bringing games from conceptualization to launch.
- Experience with mobile and online gaming; land-based experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of lottery and casino game math, gameplay pacing, entertainment flow, and player experience.
- Experience with visual design or storyboarding tools, JIRA, and Confluence or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, consensus-building, and team leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with land-based gaming channels.
- Experience with C#, C++, JavaScript, or Python.
- Knowledge of emerging technology trends.
