Senior Game Designer (iGaming)

Location: Prague, fully remote

What you will do

• Design innovative iLottery concepts aligned with core design principles.
• Design, illustrate, and convert high-quality game assets into clean vector art.
• Animate game elements using established animation flows and core animation principles.
• Deliver games from concept through support with limited supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with Game Studio stakeholders and provide clear, organised feedback.
• Share knowledge, mentor team members, and improve reusability and efficiency across design and development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate.
• Professional experience with 2D mobile and/or web games.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating game design and animation skills, with a solid understanding of design and animation principles.
• Creative thinking, strong communication, collaboration, and independent workload management skills.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with 3D mobile and/or web games.
• Passion for iGaming and engaging user experiences.
