What you will do
- Validate agent activities against assigned lead volumes and resolve mismatches.
- Review sales documentation, approve valid sales, and reject incomplete or invalid submissions.
- Coach agents through one-on-one sessions and weekly customer-contact reviews.
- Lead pre-shift and post-shift huddles and communicate process or policy updates.
- Own team performance across sales, productivity, quality, attendance, and compliance.
- Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, action plans, reporting, and the weekly sales-file validation for the Monday WBR.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of team management experience in the BPO industry.
- French at B1 level is required; B2 is preferred.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing frontline agents.
- B2B sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Alexandria.
