Senior QA Engineer / Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid; onsite from the Sharon, PA or Jacksonville, FL office 3 days per week

What you will do

• Lead quality assurance for complex software projects, releases, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop test strategies, execution plans, test cases, test data, and testing documentation.
• Perform manual and automated functional, integration, regression, API, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage defects, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Expand automated regression coverage and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, operations, and DevOps teams while mentoring junior QA staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance, software testing, or quality engineering experience.
• AI-first mindset for software testing and strong knowledge of Agile development and SDLC processes.
• Experience creating comprehensive test strategies and using manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience validating APIs, databases, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Strong defect analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of performance, load, and reliability testing.
• Experience in mortgage technology, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Experience mentoring QA teams.
• Experience with Playwright, JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, C#, and the Page Object Model.
