Senior Business Agility Coach (Agile)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remote.

What you will do

• Design and deliver Business Agility initiatives that build adaptable capabilities, agility behaviours, and effective ways of working across multiple squads and verticals.
• Analyse people, process, and product context to identify challenges and define solutions aligned with business priorities and organisational needs.
• Implement change initiatives, manage stakeholder alignment, and influence adoption across organisational levels.
• Develop and deliver targeted learning experiences, facilitate large-group sessions, and coach leaders on Agile mindsets and practices.
• Establish metrics, analyse data, and continuously adapt Agile practices and initiatives based on effectiveness, trends, and changing needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles, with a proven record of working with multiple teams to solve common challenges.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean frameworks and methodologies in theory and practice.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence and lead organisational change at different levels, manage resistance, and foster continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
• Experience managing and facilitating organisational change initiatives, facilitating discussions, and promoting collaboration and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using metrics and data to guide decisions, assess performance, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes for diverse audiences and mentoring future Agile leaders.
• Ability to engage stakeholders effectively to secure alignment and support; familiarity with Aha, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Relevant Agile certifications, including Certified Scrum Master, ICAgile Agile Coaching, ICAgile Team Facilitation, or Kanban Foundation.
