Europe Engagement Sr Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Milan, Italy; remote work flexibility is available, with regular engagement across plants and operational environments.

Gross annual salary: €45,000 or more, plus an individual or collective variable incentive based on predetermined performance objectives.

What you will do

• Deploy Gallup and ad hoc engagement surveys across Europe, ensuring representative participation and full coverage.
• Coordinate the annual survey cycle and engagement initiatives across plants, functions, countries, and clusters.
• Support Plant Managers, HR teams, and business leaders in interpreting results and creating action plans.
• Facilitate debriefs, workshops, webinars, and working sessions that drive accountability and leadership engagement.
• Develop manager toolkits, guides, communications, and learning resources for operational and office environments.
• Analyze engagement data, track action plans, and measure business and employee-experience impact.

Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage leaders at all organizational levels without direct authority.
• Experience in project management, change management, or employee engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical actions.
• Interest in people, leadership development, and organizational culture.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across European countries and spend time in plants when required.

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
