Salary: $123,000–$150,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Shape corporate strategy with the Chief Strategy Officer and broader hirify.global teams.
• Support the annual strategic planning process.
• Partner with executives on critical strategic projects across the company.
• Lead cross-functional teams to realize business impact.
• Support M&A and corporate development priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
• 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in-house strategy.
• Track record of delivering impact.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder groups.
• Superior communication skills and a growth mindset.
