Maintenance Parts Assistant (Manufacturing)

Salary: $21–$22 per hour plus benefits

hirify.global provides maintenance parts coordination and customer support services involving Japan Headquarters, local vendors, and internal business teams.

What you will do

• Provide customer service to domestic and international customers by phone and email.
• Prepare parts quotations and process orders and back orders.
• Coordinate parts shipping, invoicing, and related documentation.
• Manage parts inventory, warehouse control, and missing-part investigations.
• Maintain accurate parts and customer information in the company system, including special S-Number parts, pricing updates, and alternatives.
• Coordinate with Japan Headquarters, local vendors, Sales, and Accounting while supporting customer inquiries and special projects.

Requirements

• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in customer service, order processing, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use the Rheon System and other company software.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
