Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah; Bay Area (San Francisco / Peninsula)

Annual fixed salary: $143,000–$219,000. Target total compensation: $289,000–$352,000, including equity and annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Ship consumer-facing features end-to-end, from APIs and data models to web or mobile client experiences.
• Work across backend services, APIs, and the client layer, including React Native or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with product design and engineering teammates in short, fast iteration cycles.
• Use AI coding agents and modern development tools as part of the standard workflow.
• Own performance, reliability, and product quality for millions of users.
• Establish technical patterns and engineering practices for the growing Product Engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production features in consumer products used by millions of people.
• Strong generalist full-stack capability, with the ability to go deep where needed and integrate across the stack.
• Daily use of AI coding agents and modern AI development tooling.
• A track record of owning and shipping features from concept through production.
• Startup experience building from zero and exposure to products operating at massive scale.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, action-oriented environments.
