PMO & Portfolio Analyst (E-commerce)

Location: United States - Remote; travel required up to 10%

Base pay: $65,000-$95,000 per year; expected discretionary bonus: 10% of annual base salary

What you will do

• Administer Brands Services initiative intake, including logging, classification, routing, status tracking, triage packets, and decision logs.
• Build and maintain portfolio reporting for status, milestones, health, KPIs, and executive decision-making.
• Maintain initiative inventories, dependency registers, risk and issue logs, and escalation processes.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, status packets, and decision materials for governance forums.
• Capture decisions and action items while maintaining PMO templates, standards, and portfolio data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and scalable processes to improve productivity and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination, PMO operations, business operations, or portfolio reporting.
• Experience building leadership status or performance reporting and tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or a similar project management tool.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and multi-source data consolidation.
• Experience preparing meeting materials, pre-reads, or decision documents for senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude for communication, analysis, prompt engineering, or documentation.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in PMO operations, program management, or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable or related field.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or e-commerce organizations.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting annual or quarterly planning cycles.
