Senior Technology Risk Officer (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid setup with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly after the first 3 months

What you will do

• Test and challenge ICT infrastructure controls to identify weaknesses before they affect users.
• Use AI to automate control testing, monitoring, and evidence collection at scale.
• Investigate technology and engineering process failures, interpret results, and prioritize remediation.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery testing across technology, business processes, and critical suppliers.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams, challenge control owners, and drive weaknesses through to resolution.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of operational and ICT resilience.
• Proven experience with automated control testing and monitoring.
• Expertise in business continuity and resilience testing.
• Strong risk judgement, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and challenge capabilities.
• Comfort working directly with engineering teams and using AI to scale risk processes.
