What you will do
- Transform inbound logistics and customs compliance data into actionable operational and strategic insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions.
- Build automated data pipelines, workflows, and recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
- Curate, cleanse, validate, and transform logistics data into trusted reusable datasets.
- Establish data governance practices, business rules, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
- Partner with Operations, Transportation, Customs Compliance, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders on analytics projects and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Five or more years of experience designing and delivering analytics solutions for logistics, transportation, customs compliance, supply chain, distribution, or other operational functions.
- Experience translating business requirements into business-ready datasets, automated pipelines, reporting solutions, and analytics workflows.
- Advanced SQL and experience with Incorta, Tableau, Google Cloud Platform, Python, APIs, or comparable analytics technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting global logistics, transportation, customs compliance, import/export, or supply chain functions.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
