What you will do
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, recurring reports, and alerts for digital product performance.
- Analyze customer behavior and deliver actionable insights to improve customer experience.
- Track and report on KPIs and OKRs to measure business performance.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and support data-driven decision-making.
- Use Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Azure ADX, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and related analytics platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar digital analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with Quantum Metric.
- Additional expertise in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
