Associate, Lifecycle Execution (Email/SMS)

Salary: $70,000–$90,640 per year

What you will do

• Execute triggered and business-as-usual email and SMS programs for the Outlet line of business.
• Translate lifecycle and marketing briefs into creative and content briefs for production.
• Coordinate reviews with buying, marketing, creative, and external production partners.
• Own triggered-program content briefs, monitor program health, and escalate anomalies.
• Review builds and QA sends in Cordial for accuracy, links, audience targeting, and device rendering.
• Track weekly post-send performance and communicate content and creative insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email and/or SMS marketing with hands-on briefing and project management.
• Strong cross-functional communication, stakeholder coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to apply audience insights to content decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple active campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Cordial or a comparable email service provider, including QA and basic content editing.

Nice to have

• Experience briefing creative or production teams.
• Familiarity with triggered or lifecycle marketing programs.
• Experience in promotional or outlet retail marketing.
