TL;DR
HR Business Partner (f/m/d) (AI/software services): Owning performance, promotion, employee experience, people analytics, HR administration, and manager partnership processes for a portfolio of 80–100 team members with an accent on end-to-end HR ownership, data-driven decision-making, and distributed-team support. Focus on building performance and promotion cycles, maintaining HR dashboards and employee data, identifying people risks, and improving processes across the employee lifecycle.
Location: Remote from Belarus

What you will do
- Own the annual performance review cycle, including planning, facilitation, analysis, and improvement proposals.
- Run promotion processes, prepare submissions, maintain timelines, and support decisions with delivery leads.
- Improve onboarding, offboarding, performance review, promotion, and project integration processes.
- Track headcount, attrition, and eNPS while maintaining dashboards and proactively flagging trends.
- Maintain employee data in Rippling, process changes, handle requests, and administer benefits for US-based employees.
- Partner with managers, identify people risks, report on project health, and maintain assigned knowledge-base sections.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a technology company.
- Experience running or supporting performance review and promotion cycles.
- Ability to work with HR data, identify relevant metrics, and build simple dashboards.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and remote or distributed teams.
- Strong written and spoken English required.
- Self-directed approach and ownership of HR processes without step-by-step supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience with Deel or US benefits administration.
- Background in IT services, outsourcing, or outstaffing.
- Familiarity with GetGuru, Confluence, Notion, or similar knowledge-base tools.
